Patrick Powell invites you to join him to celebrate Lá Fhéile Pádraig at Allegra on Wednesday 9th & Thursday 10th March 2022.

With St Patrick's Day revelries curbed over the past couple of years, 2022 is the year to get out-and-about and celebrate the only acceptable way; with Irish fare aplenty, surrounded by traditional live music, and washed down with a brilliant selection of cocktails.  Sláinte to that!

Irish chef Patrick Powell is getting everybody warmed up a few days early by hosting two St Patrick's Day dinners on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th March.  Expect a traditional Irish feast presented over 7-courses and priced at £68 per person.

Dishes include Fried crubeens & mustard (deep fried braised pig's trotters), Leite faói chupoig (porridge grilled over peat with smoked mackerel broth), Boiled ham, cabbage, blood pudding, white sauce & colcannon and Carrageen Moss pudding with apple.

Alongside Patrick, Head Bartender Serge Ventrella has compiled an equally compelling cocktail list to accompany the two evenings, with drinks ranging from Shamrock Shake (Jameson Irish whiskey, Crème de Cacao White, mint infused double cream, mint extract) and Irish Tea (espresso, black tea, Jameson Irish whiskey, butter syrup, Irish soda bread infused double cream), through to Serge’s take on one of the country’s best known cocktails with his Purple Velvet (Guinness, Champagne & Jameson reduction with blackberry and rhubarb).

Live Irish Music

Traditional Irish band The Lemon Ceili Co. who can boast Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall as previous venues, will also be rounding-off the celebrations with two sets throughout both evenings.
